Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To ensure your order arrives safely, we only use shipping methods that include end-to-end tracking. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our carriers (Canada Post, etc.). Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and local postal service efficiency.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware of the following:

• Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Unbound Order is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
  

• Tracking: International tracking may sometimes see "gaps" in updates while the package is clearing customs in your country. This is normal.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@unboundorder.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
